These goats are found in the eastern part of hyderabad district contiguous with MIRPUR KHAS in district sanghar and parts of khairpur in Sindh.
Physical characteristics
Tapri goats are camel coloured or reddish brown,although occasionally a white body colour is also seen.As in pic. The head and ears are small,short neck,udder and teats small.Adult male and female weight 22 and 18 kg,respectively.Twin birth is common.Early maturing and prolific .Raised for meat purpose mainly.
